Our hardware designers work closely with you, from the very first concept, to fully understand project specifications, machine functionality and long term operational requirements. Using Eplan Electric P8, the client’s conceptual design is transformed into a fully operational electrical control system, integrating PLCs, drives, safety circuits, power distribution and field components in a structured and standardized way. The design is created in line with industry recognized standards such as IEC 60204 1, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and machine building regulations.

All required documentation - electrical layouts, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, terminal plans and component lists — is generated automatically within the same engineering environment.

Labels, wire numbering and cable schedules are maintained consistently across drawings and physical panels, which reduces commissioning time, simplifies troubleshooting and supports efficient maintenance throughout the machine's lifecycle.
