  • Using ePlan software the client’s conceptual design is being transformed into a fully operational electrical control system assuring compliance with current quality and safety standards.
  • All required documentation such as electrical lay-out, panel lay-out and wiring diagrams as well as labels are being generated automatically by using the latest software tools.

  • In our workshop we are able to build a large diversity of control panels, ranging from simple pushbutton stations to complex multi-panel power supply and control systems.
  • All panels are being labelled according the electrical design and are supplied with as-built ePlan documentation.
  • A team of experienced industrial electricians can perform or supervise the on-site electrical installation of panels as well as complete control systems.
PLC and Robot Programming

  • Our PLC and Robot software engineers are specialized in developing fully operational, well structured and documented software for automation applications.
  • Comprehensive machine interfaces can be tailored to the customer’s specific requirements.
  • On-site implementation, evaluation and optimization of the developed automation solution (hardware/software) by our commissioning engineers is also a possibility.

Functie:

U staat in voor de programmatie van een industriële installatie.
Dit houdt in:

  • Je ontwerp een PLC besturingsprogramma of een Robot-programma voor een industriële installatie.
  • Het programma moet worden opgebouwd volgens de richtlijnen van de klant.
  • Na het design, wordt het programma in bedrijf genomen.
  • Dit begint met een I/O test, dan manuele bewegingen en vervolgens een automatische afloop.

Profiel:

  • Bachelor of master automatisatie of gelijkwaardig
  • ervaring met industriële elektriciteit, PLC of robotics is een pluspunt
  • u bent bereid om op regelmatige basis op verplaatsing te werken
  • u heeft zin voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid
  • u bent stressbestendig

Functie:

U staat in voor het elektrisch ontwerp van een industriële installatie.
Dit houdt in:

  • Je ontwerpt de volledige elektrische schema's voor een industriële installatie.
  • Je gebruikt hiervoor hoofdzakelijk Eplan.
  • Naast het ontwerp sta je in voor de keuzes en bestellingen van de juiste componenten en materialen.
  • Je ondersteunt ook de kastenbouwer en de elektricien op de werf indien nodig.

Profiel:

Elektromonteur

Functie:

U staat in voor de elektrische montage van een industriële installatie.
Dit houdt in:

  • werken aan industriële schakelkasten
  • plaatsen van kabelbanen
  • trekken en aansluiten van kabels
  • aansluiten van bedienkasten, sensoren, motoren, …
  • lezen van elektrische schema’s
  • uitvoering van de werken volgens de normen en specificaties van de klant
  • aansturen en begeleiden van ingehuurde elektromonteurs in drukke periodes

Profiel:

  • technische opleiding elektriciteit
  • ervaring met industriële elektriciteit is een pluspunt
  • u bent bereid om op regelmatige basis in weekends te werken en op verplaatsing (ook in buitenland)
  • u heeft zin voor initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid
